1.
Dip new piston seals in clean brake fluid. Work seal gently into the groove (using clean fingers) until seal is properly seated, make sure that seal is
not twisted or rolled, Do not reuse old seals.

Install piston into bore and push past seal until piston bottoms in bore.
3.
Lubricate piston boot generously with clean brake fluid. Position dust boot in counterbore and install piston boot with tool C-4689 and handle
C-4171.
4.
Install brake hose to caliper using new seal washers.
5.
Install caliper and shoes as described under "Brake Shoe Installation."
