Brake Shoe: Adjustments

1.

Each backing plate has two adjusting hole covers; remove the rear cover and turn the adjusting screw upward with a screwdriver or other suitable
tool to expand the shoes until a slight drag is felt when the drum is rotated.

2.

While holding the adjustment lever out of engagement with the adjusting screw, back off the adjusting screw one complete turn.

3.

Install wheel and adjusting hole cover.

4.

Lower vehicle and ensure proper brake operation.
