NOTE:  If the water pump pulley is also being replaced (or reused), remove the pulley with the old water pump mounted to the engine and install
the pulley with the replacement water pump mounted to the engine. Install the lower mounting bolt before installing the replacement pulley. The
lower bolt cannot be installed with the pulley pressed onto the water pump shaft.
