Fuel Injector: Testing and Inspection
Fuel Injector Electrical Circuit Diagnosis

NOTE:   The following test procedure assumes that the ignition system is functioning, a good spark is present at the plugs, and that the FUEL SYSTEM
DIAGNOSIS procedure has been followed to reach this procedure.
NOTE:  The fuel system wiring diagrams should be used in conjunction with the following test to correctly diagnose the problem.

Connector Identification

1.

Disconnect injectors 1, 2, and 3.  Test for continuity between Electronic Control Unit (ECU) 24 pin connector (C517) terminal B1 and ground.

If there is continuity go to step 2.

If there is no continuity go to step 3.
