11. Lubricate master cylinder push rod with Mopar Silicone Dielectric Compound - NO Substitutes. Then install new vacuum seal onto master
cylinder push rod as shown.
12. Position master cylinder on studs of power brake booster, aligning push rods of power brake booster and master cylinder.
13. Install two master cylinder mounting nuts and torque to 21 ft. lbs.
14. Connect primary and secondary tubes to master cylinder and HCU. Torque brake tube nuts at master cylinder to 12 ft. lbs. and torque brake tube
nuts at HCU to 15 ft. lbs.
15. Connect brake fluid level sensor electrical connector.
16. Bleed brake system as described in Hydraulic System/Service and Repair/Brake System Bleed procedure.
