Tighten the four power steering pump housing bolts to 243 In.Lbs. (27 N-m). See Illustration.
NOTE:
IF THESE BOLTS ARE NOT TIGHTENED TO THE REVISED TORQUE SPECIFIED, PUMP NOISE ON COLD STARTS MAY BECOME
UNACCEPTABLE.

Install the power steering pump in the vehicle and refill the system with fluid as outlined in the 1995 Neon Service Manual (Publication No.
81-270-5025), Pgs. 19-17 to 19-18.
