Wipe down surface on the back side of the wheel of wheel removing brake dust, use compressed air to blow out dust and debris from between
cladding and wheel( Clean the wheel with an appropriate solvent.

Dispense RTV into gap between cladding and wheel so entire gap is filled and approximately 1/5 or .6 oz. RTV is dispensed into each gap. It is
critical to completely fill the gap between the chrome cladding and the aluminum backing( ). Wipe off any excessive sealer making sure that no
sealer is visible when viewing the wheel from the front.

Repeat procedure for each wheel. Allow the RTV to cure for a minimum of 3 hours.

NOTE:

It is important to allow the sealer to cure for a minimum of three hours to provide proper adhesion to the surfaces.

6.

After the sealer has cured, balance the wheels.

7.

Install the wheels and tighten the lug nuts to 135 Nm, (100 Ft. Lbs.)
