OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves diagnosing the vehicle to determine if the vehicle requires neutralization and if necessary performing the neutralization procedure.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:

The customer concern is that their steering has the following issues while driving the vehicle at freeway speeds (70 mph) while change lanes (adding
steering angle):

Slight play in steering

^

Stiff/choppy/bumpy ride

^

Steering wander

The cause of this could be that the vehicle needs to have a neutralization process performed on the suspension.

DIAGNOSIS:

If the vehicle operator complains of ride & handling issues, perform the Repair Procedure.
