1. Inspect the left upper b-pillar trim cap and verify it is fully seated (Fig. 1). Was it fully seated?
a. Yes >>> Return the vehicle to the customer or dealer inventory.
b. No >>> Proceed to Step # 2.
2. Remove and replace the left upper b-pillar trim. Refer to the detailed Removal and Installation procedures available in DealerCONNECT >
TechCONNECT > : Service Info > 23-Body > Interior > PANEL, B-Pillar Trim, Upper > Removal/Installation.
3. Return the vehicle to the customer or dealer inventory.
