Inspect the #20 Fuse in the PDC.
Q: Is the fuse open?
YES: Repair the (F21) Fused Ignition Switch Output (Unlock/Run) circuit for a short to ground. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER

NO: Go To 5
5. CHECK THE (F1) FUSED IGNITION SWITCH OUTPUT (OFF/RUN/START) CIRCUIT FOR A SHORT TO GROUND
Turn the ignition off.
Remove and inspect the #29 Fuse in the PDC.
If the fuse is open, replace with the proper rated fuse.
Turn the ignition on for 1 minute.
Turn the ignition off.
Remove and inspect the #29 Fuse in the PDC.
Q: Is the fuse open?
YES: Repair the (F1) Fused Ignition Switch Output (Run/Start) circuit for a short to ground. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.

NO: Go To 6
6. CHECK THE (F21) FUSED IGNITION SWITCH OUTPUT (RUN/START) CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN
Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Instrument Cluster C3 harness connector.
Turn the ignition on.
Measure the voltage between the (F21) Fused Ignition Switch Output (Run/Start) circuit and ground.
