1. Position crankshaft position sensor, and install mounting bolts. Torque mounting bolts to 8 Nm (70 in-lbs).
2. Connect crankshaft position sensor electrical connector.
3. Using new gaskets, install EGR tube and torque bolts to 23 Nm (204 in-lbs).
4. Using special tool # C-4597 or equivalent install oil pressure sending unit. Coat threads of sending unit with thread sealer prior to installation.

Tighten to 14 Nm (130 in. lbs.).

5. Connect oil pressure sending unit electrical connector.
6. Using a new gasket, install EGR valve. Torque mounting bolts to 23 Nm (204 in-lbs).
7. Connect electrical connector and hoses at EGR transducer.
8. Connect two hoses at EGR valve. 
9. Install spark plug cable loom at right rear valve cover.

10. Install the air cleaner housing and plastic air intake tube.
11. Connect negative battery cable.
