Rear Brakeline At Rear Antilock Valve
7. Loosen bottom brake line attached to rear antilock valve. This brake line connects antilock valve to rear brakes.
Rear Antilock Valve Attaching Bolt
8. Remove bolt attaching rear antilock valve to combination valve bracket. Bolt is accessible by positioning extension and socket under master
cylinder as shown above.
9. Move antilock valve outward slightly and unscrew rear brake line fitting from valve by hand.
10. Remove rear antilock valve.
11. Cover line to rear brakes with shop towel to prevent dirt entry.
INSTALLATION
1. Remove protective tape or cloth covering open end of line to rear brakes.
2. Start rear brake line fitting in rear antilock valve by hand. Do not fully tighten fitting at this time.
3. Position rear antilock valve on combination valve bracket. Then install valve attaching bolt.
4. Tighten rear brake line fitting in antilock valve.
5. Connect harness wires to windshield washer motor at lower end of reservoir. Then position reservoir in engine compartment but do not install
attaching screws at this time.
6. Install brake line that connects rear antilock valve to combination valve.
7. Install coolant reserve/overflow bottle in engine compartment.
