Front Panel Outlet Barrel Replacement

REMOVAL

1. Rotate the barrel louver assembly to the full right position.
2. With the louvers open, place the tip of a small screwdriver between the bottom of the barrel assembly and the outlet housing in the instrument

panel.

3. Depress the pivot tab into the barrel assembly, tilt the lower end of the barrel assembly toward the rear of the vehicle and remove.

INSTALLATION

1. With the louvers open and the larger pivot tab on top, start the barrel assembly into the outlet housing opening.
2. Depress the top and bottom pivot tabs and insert the barrel assembly further into the outlet housing.
3. Rotate the barrel louvers to face the rear of the vehicle making sure the pivot tabs snap into place.
