Remove the four (4) throttle body mounting bolts and then remove the throttle body assembly from the intake manifold (Figure 7). Discard the
throttle body gasket.

Remove the three (3) air conditioning compressor support bracket bolts (if equipped) (Figure 8).

Remove the four (4) fuel rail-to-intake manifold mounting bracket bolts (Figure 8).

Gently rock and pull up on the left half of the fuel rail until the fuel injectors just start to clear the intake manifold. Next, gently rock and pull up
on the right half of the fuel rail until the fuel injectors just start to clear the intake manifold. Repeat this procedure until all fuel injectors have
cleared the intake manifold.

Remove the fuel rail assembly from the engine with the injectors attached. Set the assembly aside for return to the Warranty Material Return
Center.

Apply a small amount of Parker(TM) 0-lube or clean engine oil on each injector 0-ring on the new fuel rail assembly. Do NOT use a silicone
based lubricant on the 0-rings.
