Rear Door Latch: Service and Repair
Right Latch - Dual Cargo Doors

LATCH - RIGHT

REMOVAL

1. Open the right cargo door.
2. Remove the trim panel from the right door.
3. Disconnect these components from the latch:

-

Outside handle latch rod.

-

Key lock cylinder latch rod.

-

Inside handle latch rod.

-

Lock knob latch rod.

4. Remove the door latch screws from the door inner side panel.
5. Remove the door latch from the door.

INSTALLATION

1. Insert the door latch through the opening in the inner panel. Position the latch at the door inner side panel and connect the rods.
2. Install the latch screws in the door inner side panel. Tighten the screws to 11 N.m (95 in. lbs.) torque.
3. Test that the latch operates correctly.
4. Install the door trim panel.
