DUAL CARGO DOOR WEATHERSTRIP

NOTE:  The side and rear door weatherstrip seals are identical.Each door weatherstrip seal is attached to the door inner panel with adhesive and
retainers that are inserted into the panel holes (Fig. 1).

1. Open the cargo door.
2. Start at an upper corner and pull outward on the seal to separate the retainers from the holes in the door inner panel.
3. Continue around the edge of the door.
4. Remove the seal from the door.
5. Remove all residual adhesive from the door inner panel.

INSTALLATION

NOTE:

-

The side and rear door weatherstrip seals are identical.Each door weatherstrip seal is attached to the door inner panel with adhesive and retainers
that are inserted into the panel holes (Fig. 1).

The door seal is installed by inserting the retainers in the door inner panel holes around the edge of the door.

1. Apply weatherstrip adhesive to the door inner panel around the edge of the door.
2. Position the weatherstrip seal on the door.
3. Start at the upper corner of the door. Move around the edge of the door and insert the seal retainers into the holes in the door panel.

NOTE:  The seal must be firmly seated at each corner. Avoid stretching the seal at the corners.

4. Remove excess adhesive with a suitable solvent.
