Fuel Shut-off Solenoid Relay: Service and Repair
The fuel shutdown solenoid relay is located in the engine compartment near the brake master cylinder.
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect both negative battery cables at both batteries.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector at the relay.
3. Remove the relay from the mounting bracket.
INSTALLATION
1. Check the terminals within connector for damage or corrosion.

Also check pin height of terminals within connector.

Pin heights should be the same.

Repair as necessary before connecting relay.
2. Install the relay to the mounting bracket.
3. Connect the electrical connector.
4. Connect battery cables to both batteries.
