Intake Manifold Replacement

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect both negative battery cables.

2. Remove the charge air cooler (intercooler) outlet duct from the air inlet housing.
3. Remove the valve cover name plate.
4. Remove air inlet housing.
5. Remove the EGR tube (Refer Emission Control Systems for proper procedures).
6. Remove the high pressure fuel lines as an assembly (refer to Fuel Delivery and Air Induction System for procedures).
7. Disconnect the air intake heater power supply lines.
8. Disconnect the charge air temperature sensor connector.
