RAM 2500 Truck 2WD L6-6.7L DSL Turbo (2010)
NOTE: The views in this procedure are with adjustable pedals. Without adjustable pedals are similar.
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the brake lamp switch See: Lighting and Horns/Brake Light Switch/Service and Repair/Stop Lamp Switch - Removal.
3. Remove the steering column See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Service and Repair/Steering Column - Removal.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
5. Remove the brake booster rod to brake pedal retainer clip and discard the clip.
6. Remove the four brake booster nuts.
7. If equipped with a manual transmission, remove the clutch master cylinder to clutch pedal clip and pin.
NOTE: If equipped with an automatic transmission a clutch master cylinder block out plate is used in place of the master cylinder and the
retaining nuts will still be used.
8. Remove the two clutch master cylinder nuts.
9. Remove the three pedal assembly mounting bolts (to instrument panel) and remove the pedal assembly (4) from the vehicle.
