RAM 2500 Truck 2WD L6-6.7L DSL Turbo (2010)
1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel center bezel See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and
Repair/Instrument Panel Bezel - Removal.
3. When equipped with center floor console, remove radio See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Radio, Stereo, and Compact
Disc/Radio/Stereo/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Radio - Removal.
4. When not equipped with center floor console, remove cupholder See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Drink Holders/Service and
Repair/Instrument Panel Cupholder - Removal.
5. Disconnect the HVAC wire harness (2) from the panel/floor door actuator (3).
6. Remove the two screws (4) that secure the panel/floor door actuator to the back of the HVAC housing (1) and remove the actuator.
DEFROST DOOR ACTUATOR
1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the instrument panel center bezel See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and
Repair/Instrument Panel Bezel - Removal.
3. When equipped with center floor console, remove radio See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Radio, Stereo, and Compact
Disc/Radio/Stereo/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Radio - Removal.
4. When not equipped with center floor console, remove cupholder See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Drink Holders/Service and
Repair/Instrument Panel Cupholder - Removal.
5. Disconnect the HVAC wire harness (1) from the defrost door actuator (2).
6. Remove the two screws (3) that secure the defrost door actuator to the back of the HVAC housing (4) and remove the actuator.

NOTE: The heating-A/C system is equipped with two mode door actuators, one for the panel/floor-air door and one for the defrost-air door.
