Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner - Installation
5.7L ENGINE
NOTE: When installing accessory drive belt onto pulleys, make sure that belt is properly routed and all V-grooves make proper contact with
pulleys.
1. Install tensioner (1) on to the mounting bracket. Tighten bolt (2) to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
2. Install tensioner and bracket assembly
3. Install accessory drive belt See: Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Accessory Drive Belt - Installation .
