Drive Belt: Service and Repair
Accessory Drive Belt - Removal
1. Remove the air intake tube between intake manifold and air filter assembly.
2. Insert a suitable square drive ratchet into the square hole on the belt tensioner arm.
3. Release the belt tension by rotating the tensioner clockwise. Rotate belt tensioner until belt can be removed from pulleys.
4. Remove belt.
5. Gently release tensioner.
