Instrument Panel Circuit Board: Description and Operation
If an individual gauge or indicator lamp is inoperative, see the diagnostic procedure under the heading for that gauge or indicator lamp. If more than one
gauge or indicator lamp is inoperative,perform the following:
1. Check the fuse(s) in the fuseblock module. If OK, go to Step 2. If not OK, replace the faulty fuse(s).
2. Check for battery voltage at the fuse(s) with the ignition switch in the On position. If OK, go to Step 3. If not OK, repair the open circuit from the
ignition switch and/or refer to Starting and Charging/Starting System for testing of the ignition switch, as required.

3. Turn the ignition switch to the Off position. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. Remove the instrument cluster bezel and the
message center or the cluster assembly, as required. Unplug the printed circuit wire harness connector for the affected gauges and indicator lamps
(see the Cluster Printed Circuit 1 or Cluster Printed Circuit 2 and Message Center Printed Circuit illustrations).
