Install the brake rotor.

Install the brake caliper and adapter assembly. Tighten the caliper adapter bolts to 210 ft-lbs (285 Nm)

Using two of the supplied copper gaskets, connect the brake hose banjo fitting to the brake caliper. Tighten the banjo bolt to 18 ft-lbs (24 Nm)
NOTE:
Make sure that the old copper gaskets were removed from the brake caliper and banjo bolt.

Install the wheel and tire assembly. Tighten the lug nuts to 135 ft-lbs (180 Nm).

If the other side of the vehicle requires front brake hose and ABS wheel speed sensor replacement, repeat Steps 1-25.

When both front brake hoses have been replaced, continue with Section D - Bleed Front Brakes.
D. Bleed Front Brakes
1.
Fill the master cylinder reservoir with clean brake fluid that conforms to DOT-B specifications.
2.
Attach a clear plastic hose to both front bleeder screws and feed the hoses into a clear jar containing enough fresh brake fluid to submerge the end
of the hose.
3.
Have a helper pump the brake pedal three or four times and then hold it in the down position.
4.
With the pedal in the down position, open the right bleeder screw at least one full turn.
5.
Once the brake pedal has dropped, close the bleeder screw. After the bleeder screw is closed, release the brake pedal.
6.
Repeat Steps 3-5 until all trapped air is removed from he right front brake circuit (usually four or five times)
7.
Repeat Steps 3-6 for the left front brake circuit.
8.
Remove the plastic hoses from the bleeder screws.
9.
Lower the vehicle.
10.
Top off the master cylinder with brake fluid.
11.
Verify that there are no brake fluid leaks at the brake hose connections and assure proper brake operation.
