Disengage the J-strap at the base of the seat back (Figure 1).

If not already off, carefully pry the seat belt guide bezel from the seat back using a trim stick.

Roll seat back cover upward to the mid seat hog rings.
9.
Disengage the hog rings attaching the cover to the seat back frame (Figure 2).
10.
Roll the seat back cover upward and separate from the seat back.
11.
Route the shoulder belt and guide through the seat back cover.
12.
Feed the seat belt through the seat belt retractor cover bezel and seat back cover.
13.
Remove the two screws securing the front seat belt retractor cover to the retractor and remove the cover.
14.
Install the new seat belt retractor cover (see Parts Required section) onto the retractor. Secure the cover with the two screws.
15.
Hold the seat back foam cushion in place with masking tape applied to the foam and seat belt retractor cover.
16.
Feed the seat belt through the seat back cover and the seat belt retractor cover bezel.
17.
Position the seat back cover onto the seat back and roll the cover downward.
18.
Route the shoulder belt and guide bezel through the seat back cover.
19.
Engage the hog rings attaching the seat back cover to the seat back frame.
20.
Align the shoulder belt guide bezel through the holes in the seat back cover and press into place.
