Vacuum Reservoir HVAC: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the right front park/turn signal/side marker lamp.
3. Remove the four screws that secure the right fender extension panel to the right fender and the headlamp support panel.
4. Remove the right fender extension panel using care not to lose the two spacers for the inboard mounting tabs.

5. Unplug the vacuum supply line from the vacuum reservoir.
6. Remove the two screws that secure the reservoir to the right cowl side inner panel beneath the right headlamp.
7. Remove the vacuum reservoir.
8. Reverse the removal procedures to install.
