Sun Visor: Service and Repair
Windshield Header, A-Pillar & Front Door Header Trim Panels
SUNVISORS REMOVAL
1. Remove the screws that attach the sunvisor arm support bracket to the windshield header trim panel and the header.
2. Detach the sunvisor from the retaining clip.
3. Remove the sunvisor from the trim panel.
4. Remove the attaching screw from the trim panel and the header and remove the retainer clip from trim panel.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the sunvisor retaining clip with the attaching screw. Tighten the screw with 4 Nm (35 in. lbs.) torque.
2. Position the sunvisor in the retaining clip and align the arm support bracket screw holes with the trim panel screw holes.
3. Install the screws that attach the sunvisor arm support bracket to the trim panel and header. Tighten the screws with 4 Nm (35 in. lbs.) torque.
