RAM 2500 Van V8-5.2L Prop VIN 2 (2000)
1. Clean hinge in an appropriate solvent and dry.
2. Color coat hinge to match body color.
3. Position hinge on door and align with reference marks.
4. Install bolts attaching hinge to door (Fig. 19). Tighten bolts to 28 N.m (20 ft. lbs.) torque.
5. Align hinge with reference marks on A-pillar.
6. Install bolts attaching hinge to A-pillar (Fig. 18). Tighten bolts to 28 N.m (20 ft. lbs.) torque.
