Rear Door Interior Handle: Service and Repair
Dual Cargo Doors
INSIDE HANDLE ACTUATOR
REMOVAL
1. Open the cargo doors.
2. Remove the trim panel from the right door inner panel.
3. Remove the handle latch rod from the latch lever.
4. Remove the screws and remove the inside handle actuator from the door panel and tapping plate.
INSTALLATION
1. Insert the handle actuator in the door panel opening with the rod inside the door.
2. Connect the handle latch rod to the latch lever.
3. Attach the actuator to the door panel and tapping plate with the screws.
4. If necessary, adjust the rod to eliminate excess handle travel.
5. Install the door trim panel.
