Door Lock Cylinder: Service and Repair
Front Door Lock Cylinder
LOCK CYLINDER
REMOVAL
1. Raise window glass to closed position.
2. Remove the waterdam.
3. Disconnect lock cylinder latch rod at door latch.
4. Remove lock cylinder retainer clip.

5. Separate lock cylinder from door (Fig. 8).
INSTALLATION
1. Install gasket and position lock cylinder in door. Fasten the lock cylinder with the retainer clip.
2. Install lock cylinder retainer clip.
3. Connect lock cylinder latch rod to door latch.
4. Install the waterdam.
