HCU Bracket Access Opening
9. Remove two HCU bracket mounting nuts through access opening.
10. Remove remaining bracket mounting nut from under the hood.
11. Lift up HCU and bracket off mounting studs and remove assembly from the vehicle.
HCU Mounting Bracket
12. Remove mounting bracket from HCU.
INSTALLATION
1. Install mounting bracket on HCU.
2. Install HCU assembly on mounting studs in vehicle.
3. Install mounting nuts and tighten to 25 Nm (220 inch lbs.).
4. Install horn mounting/HCU access panel.
5. Install drivers side fender extension.
6. Install brake lines to HCU and tighten to 19 Nm (170 inch lbs.).
7. Connect HCU harness connectors.
8. Install CAB and connect CAB harness.
9. Install HCU protective cover.
10. Install the windshield washer reservoir and coolant recovery reservoir.
11. Connect the negative battery terminal.
12. Bleed the brake system. See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair/Antilock Brake System Bleeding Procedures/W/ Four Wheel Antilock Brakes
