Air Register: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove the screws at the top of the bezel and louver assembly.
2. Remove the bezel and louver assembly from the rear side trim panel.
3. With the louvers open, depress the pivot tab opposite the barrel stop into the louver assembly Push the louver assembly out of the outlet bezel and
housing.
INSTALLATION
1. With the louvers open, insert the end of the louver assembly into the rear of the outlet bezel and housing. Start with the barrel stop end.
2. Swing the end of the louver assembly opposite the barrel stop into the housing.
3. Rotate the louver assembly, making sure the pivot tabs snap into place.
4. Place the bezel and louver assembly in position on the side trim panel and install the screws at the top of the bezel and louver assembly.
