Idler Pulley: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
(1) Remove accessory drive belt.

(2) Remove the mounting bolt and pulley from the generator and AC compressor mounting bracket (Fig. 57).
(3) Remove the bolt and bushing from the pulley
INSTALLATION
(1) Position the bushing and bolt into the pulley.
(2) Position the pulley, bushing and bolt onto the generator and A/C mounting bracket. Tighten the bolt to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
(3) Install the accessory drive belt.
