Steering Column Tie-Wraps
13. Remove the two upper steering column wire harness tie wraps, but not the clockspring wire harness tie wrap or the overdrive switch wire harness
tie wrap.
14. Disconnect the Tower clockspring wire harness connector from the instrument panel wire harness, located on the left side of the steering column
wire harness connector mounting bracket.
