Cruise Control Vacuum Reservoir: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
The vacuum reservoir is located under the plastic cowel plenum cover at lower base of windshield. The vacuum reservoir is not used if equipped with
a diesel engine.
1. Disconnect and isolate battery negative cable.
2. Remove both windshield wiper arm/blade assemblies. Refer to Wiper and Washer Systems.
Cowl Grille Panel Weather-strip
3. Remove rubber weather-strip at front edge of cowel grill.
Plastic Anchor Screws Remove/Install
4. Release cowel grill plastic anchor screws.
5. Lift cowel plenum cover/grille panel from vehicle far enough to access vacuum reservoir.
