EGR Cooler: Removal and Replacement
EGR Cooler - Removal
PICKUP - REMOVAL
1. Disconnect both negative battery cables.
2. Remove the bolts (1) and the engine cover.
3. Drain cooling system below level of EGR cooler See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service and Repair.
4. Remove the air cleaner assemblySee: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair/Air Cleaner Body - Removal.
