RAM 3500 Truck 2WD L6-6.7L DSL Turbo (2010)
1. Position the control arm (1) into the frame brackets. Install bolt (3) and flag nut (2), tighten to 176 Nm (130 ft. lbs.).
2. Insert the ball joint in the steering knuckle (3) and tighten the upper ball joint nut (2) to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.) then add an additional 90° turn.
3. Install the rotor to the hub.
4. Install the disc brake caliper and adapter to the knuckle See: Brakes and Traction Control/Disc Brake System/Brake Caliper/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement/Disc Brake Caliper Adapter - Installation.
5. Install the wheel speed sensor wire to the upper control arm.
6. Install the wheel and tire assembly,See: Wheels and Tires/Wheels/Service and Repair.
7. Remove the support and lower vehicle.
8. Perform a wheel alignment, See: Alignment/Service and Repair.
