Oil Pressure Sender: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Unplug the wire harness connector from the sending unit on the engine.
Oil Pressure Sending Unit Remove/Install
2. Using an oil pressure sending unit socket (Special Tool C-4597), remove the sending unit from the engine.
3. Reverse the removal procedures to install. Tighten the sending unit to 23 N.m (200 in. lbs.).
