Audible Warning Device: Service and Repair

The buzzer module is located in a receptacle in the fuseblock module and is removed through the fuse access panel opening in the left end of the
instrument panel. However, the fuseblock module mounting screws must be loosened and the fuseblock module moved slightly rearward in the
instrument panel in order to obtain sufficient clearance to remove and install the buzzer module through the fuse access panel opening
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable
2. Remove the fuse access panel from the left end of the instrument panel
3. Remove the five screws that secure the knee blocker to the instrument panel and remove the knee blocker.
4. On club cab models only;

Remove the six screws that secure the steering column cover reinforcement to the instrument panel.

Remove the steering column cover reinforcement from the instrument panel.
