OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves installing a spring on the transmission linkage

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
A rattling or knocking sound may be present at the driver side floor pan area when the engine is idling.
DIAGNOSIS:
With the engine at idle, listen for a rattling or knocking sound coming from the driver side floor pan area. If the sound can be heard or a if a vibration can
be felt in the floor pan, perform the Repair Procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1.
Place the transmission in park.
2.
Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
