Valve Body - Description
DESCRIPTION
The valve body consists of a two piece aluminum valve body. Extensive electronic control effected by a microcomputer (the automatic transmission
electronic control unit) over the hydraulic circuitry enables precise control over gearshifts. The valve body contains valves and pressure sensors that
control fluid delivery to the torque converter clutch, forward clutches, and brake clutches.
