EGR Cooler: Description and Operation
Operation
OPERATION
Exhaust gas enter the rear portion of the EGR Cooler from the exhaust manifold. The gas is cooled as it passes through the EGR Cooler and then enters
the EGR crossover tube and is routed to the EGR valve.
Coolant enters the rear of the EGR Cooler and flow the same direction as the exhaust gases.
