EGR Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair
Removal
Removal-Cab/Chassis Models
REMOVAL-CAB/CHASSIS MODELS
The EGR Temperature Sensor (1) is located on the EGR crossover tube (6) near EGR valve.
1. Disconnect electrical connector (2) at sensor.
2. Remove sensor (1) from EGR tube (6).
Removal-Pick Up Models
REMOVAL-PICK UP MODELS
The EGR Temperature Sensor (1) is located on the intake manifold, below, and to the rear of the EGR valve (5).
