Rear Door Striker: Service and Repair
Dual Cargo Door Striker
Latches, Strikers & Inside Handle
RIGHT DOOR LATCH STRIKER REMOVAL
1. Open both cargo doors.
2. Remove the latch striker retaining screws from the left door inner side panel.
3. Remove the latch striker and spacer from the left door inner side panel.
INSTALLATION
1. Position the spacer and latch striker at-the left door inner panel with the screw holes aligned.
2. Install the striker retaining screws in the door inner panel. Tighten the screws with 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.) torque.
3. Test and ensure that the latch and striker operate correctly.
Latches, Strikers & Inside Handle
LEFT DOOR CALIPER LATCH STRIKERS REMOVAL
1. Open both cargo doors.
2. As applicable, remove the latch striker retaining screws from the door header or the sill panel.
3. Upper striker. Remove the latch striker from the door header.
4. Lower striker. Remove the latch striker, the reinforcement spacer and the spacer from the door sill.
