2. Remove drive belt as outlined under "Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories
3. Disconnect wiring and secondary cable from ignition coil.
4. Remove ignition coil from mounting bracket.
5. Remove tensioner assembly from mounting bracket.
6. Remove pulley bolt and remove pulley from tensioner.
7. Reverse procedure to install, aligning indexing tab located on back of tensioner to slot in mounting bracket.
1993-96 5.9L/V8-360HD & 8.0L/V10-488 ENGINES
1. Remove drive belt as outlined under "Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories
2. Remove tensioner mounting bolt, then the tensioner. Because of high spring tension to not attempt to disassemble automatic tensioner, unit is
serviced as an assembly.
