2. Install water pump with the weep hole facing downward. Tighten mounting bolts to 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.) torque.
3. Install generator assembly.

5. Install air box and tube assembly. For 5.9L Diesel, See: Engine/Tune-up and Engine Performance Checks/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and

6. Install air filter housing  See: Engine/Tune-up and Engine Performance Checks/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair/Air Cleaner Housing -

Installation .

7. Fill cooling system  See: Service and Repair .
8. Connect both battery cables.
9. Start and warm the engine. Check for leaks.
