Instrument Cluster / Carrier: Service and Repair

1.

Place rag over joint between top of cluster cover and instrument panel, then pry cover away from panel with screwdriver.

2.

Remove 2 screws from top and 1 screw from top of cluster, then pull cluster away from dash.

3.

Disconnect speedometer cable, cluster electrical connectors and electrical connectors from switches at bottom of cluster, then remove cluster
assembly.

4.

Remove individual components from cluster assembly as needed, noting position for installation.

5.

Reverse procedure to install.
