Install upper quarter trim.

6.

Remove plug from upper quarter trim, install sash guide and tighten plug to specified torque.

Specified torque:

35-55 N-m (26-40 ft.lbs.)

7.

Rework quarter trim as shown in the illustration.

8.

Install replacement seat belt in the same location as old part and tighten to specified torque.

Specified torque:

35-55 N-m (26-40 ft.lbs.)

<4WD>

L.H. side

Refer to replacement procedure established for 2WD vehicle.

R.H. side

1.

Remove seat belts and replace them with new parts.

2.

Insert retractor lock pin to fix retractor, and tighten to specified torque.

Specified torque:

35-55 N-m (26-40 ft.lbs.)
