The countershaft gear locknut used on the KM132 and KM145 series transaxles has been changed. The new nut can easily be identified by using the
dimensions, indicated in Figure 1.

Because of the countershaft gear locknut change, the countershaft gear on the KM132 and KM145 also had to be changed. The thread length was
increased, as indicated in Figure 2.
