REMOVAL

1. Remove steering knuckle as outlined previously.
2. Remove hub using tool No. L-4539 on 1982 - 83 vehicles, On 1982 - 83 models, the bearing inner races will separate and the outer race

will remain in the hub.

3. On 1982 - 83 models, remove bearing outer race from hub using suitable puller, then remove brake dust shield, if equipped.
